For an accurate estimate, we need the cadastral plans of the land, sketches of the existing building (if it's a renovation), and a written brief with the desired functions. In their absence, we can start from a detailed discussion and our own measurements.

The timeline depends on the complexity of the metal structure and the necessary permits. Typically, for a standard 1000 sqm hall, the technical design phase takes between 4 and 6 weeks. For customized solutions, such as truss roofs or natural ventilation integration, approximately two weeks are added.

Yes, we provide on-site consultancy throughout the execution period and a 12-month warranty for the delivered technical solutions. After the handover, we remain available for minor adjustments or clarifications regarding the maintenance of facades and installations.

We collaborate exclusively with local offices in Romania, which allows us to thoroughly understand the urban planning regulations and climatic specifics of each region. All projects are coordinated from our office at P-ța Albert Einstein 6B.
